Posting the photo or graphic on your own site before you obtain authorization from the owner or the creator, however, is a violation of copyright law. If the owner finds out, you could get sued. You would be wise to obtain authorization to use the photo before you actually put it up. You may have to pay some cash but it is worth it if you can avert having legal action taken against you. If you are not flush with capital, you can look up free images or those that are released under the Creative Commons license that allows people to use the image for professional purposes. Those tend to be completely fine for the public to use.

Using someone’s composed content. If you wish to use someone else’s content on your own site it is vital that you give the original writer credit. If you replicate the content from another web page, it is important to link back to that site. This will help you get the primary creator to like you. If you do not give credit or backlinks to the original author, you can get in substantial trouble for copyright infringement and intellectual property theft. You’ll spend far more for the infringement than it would cost you to merely link to the original or even to hire someone to create the original content for you.

It’s often far better to be careful when you are developing your business. Saving money is naturally something you wish to do but make absolutely certain that you save it legally. If you don’t then you might be facing a considerably larger cost than you would have otherwise.
